Booked two trips with grandchildren, awful, broken mattress on a twin bed, dipped to the base, room too hot to sleep in, on the first trip, left early, only stayed one night. Second trip 2 days later, hoped it was just the room last time, worse room, hotter, street noise kept us awake all night, did get an extra fan for room. Bathroom smelled really bad and dirty, black mold on the tiles. Cut short the trip again and only stayed one night. Will never stay here again. Everything felt grubby and very run down but the temperature in the rooms actually felt dangerous. Was given an email to request a refund on both trips but receptionist.
